Established in 1998, Aloha Marketing is a manufacturers' representation firm whose main focus is on representing commercial construction materials sold either to distributors and contractors in Hawaii & Guam. They are also involved in the automotive aftermarket representing major brand names like Fix-A-Flat, Blue Coral, Rain-X, Slick 50, Black Magic, Kraco and Auto Expressions. Aloha Marketing is the top independent representative agency for commercial construction materials for the building envelop and luxury custom homes in Hawaii & Guam. Based on the specification and design assistance done in 2009 and 2010, the company is looking at large increases in sales volume starting in 2011 and 2012.
Over the past 15 years Aloha Marketing and Mr. Kane have been honored with several construction industry awards in Hawaii including "Minority Distributor of the Year" by the Minority Business Development Center of Honolulu, "Associate of the Year" and "Associate Remodeler of the Year" by the Building Industry Association of Hawaii, and the "Pace Setter Award" as the outstanding product rep of the year in 2003 and 2005 from the Honolulu Chapter of the Construction Specification Institute.
Mr. Kane has worked as a sales representative for only 3 different companies since 1990. In each position, he started in an entry level position in sales/customer service and worked his way up to management. After an 11 year stint with a company that manufactured, distributed and represented commercial construction materials, Paul went out on his own to implement his thoughts and ideas on how a rep agency should work and be run. Mr. Kane has been responsible for the development of several products specifically designed for use in the Hawaiian market for both mainland and Hawaii based manufacturers.
During his educational career, Paul attended El Camino College Compton Center. His success stems from his incredible ability to make the most out of the resources he has available to him. Mr. Kane has exceptional communication skills which include promptly returning calls and emails.
